Your best option for vacant property insurance I worked with shamika for a period of 9 months insuring two vacant properties as I made a complex move and prepped my old house for rental. Other agencies quoted me vacant property policies for over 2k. This category of insurance is poorly served by larger companies and steadily and shamika knew how to support it. Shamika got me a policy for well under 1k with analogous coverage. Shamika moved fast and was accessible, responsive, and empathetic. Highly recommend.
