GBI'm in the middle WC claim I'm in a WC, insurance claim assaulted on the job. Elephant gave until Friday 3rd of May to make payments. I received a cancellation notice for the 30th April I spoke with a representative.

I had just called after a terrible experience at another insurance company, and she made me feel like I had made the right choice to call Elephant. I was so frustrated from the last company and she made the whole process of switching over seamless. I wish she was my customer service person for everything!

GBAdjusted Unfair Premium for Less Driving My experience as a customer has been very good since l joined their company. When I disagreed with their premium estimation, they always listened to my complaint on why. They always immediately made an attempt to review my policy. They looked for areas to reduce, and adjusted the estimated premium right away, before l hung up the phone. Also, within a 24-hours time frame, my new changes were sent as proof to my email that 'We stand by our Word', so, l remains with their services. Thanks Elephant 🐘 Insurance
