GBInsureon needs to be more efficient ! I have to call every year to get the new certificate of insurance declaration page for my policy for the current year. Why don’t you just send it with the renewal bill like the car insurance companies do. It would make more sense and I wouldn’t have to waste my time trying to get the right person on the phone each year. Brilliant idea!

GBI am happy with my policies but not… I am happy with my policies but not with the follow through. I asked to have annual billing for all policies. One was not and so far it is still billed monthly and has not been corrected. I have emailed several times and nothing.
