A must when Travelling! The best travel Insurance ever! When I was panicking because my flight was delayed and AA dropped me off at the airport. I was scared and feeling helpless. I placed a call to Allianz, and the customer service personnel were so kind and helpful. They did their best to comfort and made me feel I am cared for!! Thanks so much. I will always be your customer from now on!!

Easy claim filing, prompt approval, getting paid not so impressed. Claim process was easy to fill out, we got prompt approval, asked for direct deposit and have yet to receive it. Not impressed with customer service, English speaking person seems to be absent. Hard to get customer service without jumping thru several prompts. Not sure that we would use you again, we will see how long it takes to see our money.

Why i only gave a 3 star rating.. Why i only gave a 3 star rating... there are several reasons.. first off it took nearly 3 months to receive my refund.. Allianz excuse was ... they did not receive my emails.. which is highly doubtful.. Then my phone calls were with many people whose English was questionable... Another issue was demanding I get a letter from hospice... which to me... is none of your business. when we purchase flight insurance.. people shouldn't have to jump thru hoops to get their money.. I finally had to fax info to get results.. I will be hesitant to purchase flight insurance nor recommend purchasing the insurance in the future.. I would not recommend purchasing if this is what you require to receive payment!!

My airline ticket refund We cancelled our trip due to a minor medical issue that arose. The Allianz insurance process was generally ok. The only frustration was the number of documents snd exactly which documents they needed to verify snd Get to the finish line. Process could be clearer like “ we need a copy of your medical record” rather than a long list of various Documents that can be required.Check came fast that was nice.

Pretty easy and quick It was pretty easy to gather the information needed for my claim and post it. And I received my refund in 3 days! Giving 4 stars because I didn’t know until after I started the application that I needed a letter from my physician. I tried to save my info, but had to start over anyway. For medical claims, please let people know before they start posting info that they need this letter!
