GBI sent notice to Chelsea Cerge telling… I sent notice to Chelsea Cerge telling her that we sold our home in St. Petersburg. I requested refunds of insurance payments including Flood Insurance. I sent all documents from the Title Company about the closing of the home on December 1. Today I received an email from Chelsea Cerge saying they were cancelling my policy for non payment. I guess the computer didn't get the information.

GBI received a quote from Topline and… I received a quote from Topline and when I agreed to purchase a policy, I needed to provide additional information ie a 4 point inspection, and wind mitigation report. I provided everything asked for and I never heard from the agent again. I contacted customer service through the website and they responded that someone would be in touch with me in two business days. I never heard from customer service again either. Worst possible service ever!
