Your reps demystified the process of purchasing trip insurance, medical coverage, primary and secondary coverage, working with credit card trip insurance benefits etc. So I will use your firm from now on and we travel a lot. I have just got my cards and tried… I have just got my cards and tried registering on your portal. After successful registration and logiing in, the system doesn't seem to log me out, even when I logout and exit. Logging in with my wife's account still shows my page.

Always worth having I didn't need to use it, but having travel insurance especially when travelling international always gives me so much peace of mind. It's come in handy in the past and its always worth the cose. World Trips had fair pricing and my information was easy to access should I have need it. Will definitely look to use them again. Can't get the link to reactive my… Can't get the link to reactive my account. Also no indication as to how long I am to wait. Customer service seems very 'bot'-ish and 'Q&A-pagey' (impersonal) and therefor less effective.
