GBHorrible Customer service Horrible Customer service. An totally incompetent agent put me on hold without telling me why and then sent me to the message box of someone(whom I assumed was my claim adjustor). The agent would not identify herself and did not send me the adjustor's name. I had to call back and waisted 20 minutes trying to get a supervisor. Total disaster- can't wait to find out how my claim is adjusted.
