This app is a positive game changer!!The customer service is the best!! The customer service is the best!!! Every agent has been the nicest and very patient and LITERALLY! When I message a questions, I recieve a reply , within a couple hours or less. And I get every answer I need! I have never had a car insurance agency that’s so understanding! This app is a big game changer, especially if you just drive lightly, like taking kids to school or going to store!! You will save so much money!

Just is great if you don't drive a lot The price is the best thing about Just. I've haven't needed to file a claim so I don't know how that process goes. I did not elect to have their device installed to track so my account is always adjusted at the end of the month because the app doesn't track accurately. I also don't like that they changed it recently so you have to use autopay. I prefer to have control of my own finances and sometimes need to float a day for money to come in.

This company has always responded… This company has always responded timely I am unsure how accidentclaims will go hopefully I'll never know. I had issues with site twice couldn't open and or stalled pages even dropped web site that's why a 4 star rating. Thanks
