GBOK but process could be improved I would have preferred to receive some actual quotes even if they are rather generic) rather than simply a list of insurers to try followed by a bombardment of phone calls and e-mails. Actual quotes would have allowed me to do some comparison and choose one or two I would like further information from. The way it is set up right now is basically the same as simply 'Googling' insurance companies with the added hassle of the aforementioned 'bombardment'

GBRaymond Duncan was nice and answered my questions. Raymond Duncan was nice and knowledgeable in the insurance industry. My only request is next time The customer should have the option to chose which QUOTES or Insurance company they prefer. ASI was chosen for me which makes me wonder if your company got a bigger kick back after Raymond & hung up the phone Farmers insurance quoted me $997.60 yr & the Dwelling coverage was $229,000, Your company quoted me $1223. yr Dwelling $216,000 with ASI. Raymond Duncan's manager in the background was also a distraction in our conversation I could hear her voice most of the time. My Confirmation # is: 15639191

GBFriendly and helpful They transfer you around a few times and the first couple of girls sound like robots as they rush through their questions. By the time I was transferred to the agent, I was a little skeptical of the Internet company. I must say that I am happy I didn't hang up because Caitlyn is great. She was very friendly and polite. I felt like she was a real person on the other end ( which isn't something that happens lately). I can't say enough about how grateful I am for all her help.

GBGreat job after I complained David did an excellent job! Unfortunately, I called in 5 times before someone competent would help me. I have 2 about to be 3 property insurance products through homeinsurance.com. One would think, a loyal customer would be treated well. I had to complain to a supervisor, Stanley to get to David.

GBTravelers is the worst insurance… Travelers is the worst insurance company we have ever had!! They canceled our home insurance twice stating our roof had damage when they never even inspected our roof! We had it inspected the first time they canceled iour policy, and the inspector said there was nothing wrong with our roof. It was only 9 years old at that time. He gave us a report which I sent to Travelers but they didn't care. The second time they canceled us was for "granular loss" on our roof which, again, was never inspected. Some lady came out and took some pictures from the ground. (All used roofs have some granular los). This company also raised our auto rates almost $1000/yr even though we had no claims or accidents and are senior citizens, both with perfect driving records. They said we had to have car insurance with them if we had home insurance with them. There is more to this story but it is long and i think you can see what im saying. The truth is this company is dishonest, deceitful and operates using deceptive trade practices. They couldn't care less about their customers. They do not provide the services they claim to. I would never recommend them to anyone. I wouldn't use them again if they were the last company on the planet! Be warned and beware!
