Bless her heart she was trying to help… Bless her heart she was trying to help me as best she could. I just didn't understand what was going on because I got a pop up on my phone out of nowhere. I don't think I made her aware of that. But the rating isn't for her. It's for the company that she works for as they use intrusive ways to get people's money because they prey on people who have no choice but to comply because of the plans they have. Then I get that pop up again and get lied to again about what benefits I have. But if this company thinks I'm benefitting from them scamming me. They have another thing coming.

I called in today and spoke to Danny, and he was 100% amazing! The cooperation was on point, and he helped us get the best plan that we could get! I definitely recommend and will definitely call back if I have any issues or questions.

It was straightforward to talk with him. He cared about what options I made versus just rushing the process to get another caller.
