Informative, sincere, pleasant to work with and they kept me informed along the way of the status , if any additional information was needed, and timing. I did not need to call either of them. They were on top of everything and promptly keeping me up-to-date. The day the insurance was approved, Rebecca called to tell me and let me know to expect delivery of the policy. The next day, Shauna followed up with a call to check in to see that I had received the electronic forms and if I had any questions. Excellent pro-active customer service.
