My agent My agent, Richard , was totally awesome! He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, spoke very clearly, was easy to understand, funny and very helpful. He spoke in terms that I could relate to not in insurance terms, or when he did use an insurance term he explained the meaning. He was also 100% on my side! I am very hard of hearing and he spoke clearly and loudly enough for me to hear him easily and I appreciate that more than anyone can imagine! Excellent customer service The process of acquiring life insurance for my husband, who is diabetic, started out rocky. Burial insurance Burial insurance policies were found for my special needs! Brothers. My agent went out of his way to accommodate my schedule, even though we lived in different time zones! He also went out of his way to make sure I have hardcopies of the policies! It definitely was a smooth, seamless experience! he found plans that fit their budget even though they are on a limited income. So all around great experience with my agent!

Diabetic help My worry was because I’m diabetic I couldn’t find life insurance. Matt assured me he could help me out and after almost being with him for a year, he found me an even better policy.
