When we had all but given up When we had all but given up, I called SavePlus for a high risk car insurance policy. Rosa answered, and immediately got to work. She was so reassuring, and sounded kind- I was so happy to speak with someone who actually wanted to help us and knew what she was doing. She followed up with us several times as we moved through the process, and came through with the policy that we needed. I just have to say that I’m very impressed.

Rosa’s Amazing Service Review Rosa made my experience great, I do not know what training you guys gave her, but MAKE SURE all your employees are training the same way she did. She was the single most helpful person I have ever spoken to over the phone, she eased my tension and made me laugh (even though I’m incredibly stressed and currently worried). She spent 30 minutes of her time helping me and throughout the entire time, she was an angel. She’s kind, respectful, helpful, wise, and insanely genuine. I couldn’t get all of the answers I needed through that phone call, and she went out of her way to schedule another phone call for me. She is truly a blessing and I cannot thank her enough. Great communication skills She was very detail in explaining all the prices from multiple Insurance companies. I didn't feel overwhelmed, she took her time and explained more details that a person who tries to push a sale. Great asset to your company, hopefully she is well rewarded or recognized.
