Slow on response. My original call was helpful and I received a prompt call. After that not so much I had not heard anything for a week after my phone interview so I called to check on the status, I was concerned not hearing. I called cigna and talked to an underwriter who said it was accepted. My husband went through another company and already has his card. This is the first I have heard anything since October 7.
