It was like talking to an old friend. Bettye is a real asset to your group. She really knows her stuff and instills confidence and comfort with obtaining trip insurance. You buy a policy You buy a policy, good luck in getting a question asked or a body to assist. They don't assist in refunds and push you to eternal hold with the insurance company they sold you. Your on your own once you pay the premium. Just another internet service that has no customer care......

Exceptional Service Agent This was the first time that my wife and I contacted Travel Insurance Services to obtain information about their vacation coverage plans. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased to have such a nice agent assist us. Bettye was polite and knowledgeable. She provided us with many options that she felt would meet our needs. Bettye H. Ridley was Great. She took the time to make sure we understood the coverages on the policy. It wasn't until that time that she asked us if we wanted to purchase the plan. No pressure!
