Dustin Tori Morgenstein was the agent… Dustin Tori Morgenstein was the agent that sighed me up for the Affordable Care Act insurance. I had just lost my job and am the sole provider and insurance carrier for me and my husband. Tori took all the time I needed to explain everything I needed to know about the policy. I have never lost a job or had to try and obtain insurance over the phone. He was absolutely the best and most informative agent I could have been assigned to. I will never forget how helpful and courteous this gentleman was and how comfortable I felt with him.

He help 3 individuals get free health insurance whom hasn't had insurance in years and need very badly to go to the doctor. All 3 of us are so grateful to Mr Tenorio. The 3 were on one call. I use to be a customer service provider. I was actually a customer service specialist for over 20 years. I must say Carlos is one of the best CSP I have ever talked to. Hats off to his trainer too. Great experience I experienced great knowledgeable answers to my questions. I was concerned about this service at first but those concerns quickly disappeared. The results were fast. I’m just waiting on my subsidy card to arrive. I actually feel like I have an outstanding health plan now. I’m completely satisfied with my experience!
