The ladies I spoke with were courteous, professional, and very responsive. I also really appreciated the follow-up to make sure everything was going well with the agent I ended up working with... definitely a nice touch!

THIS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER… THIS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET INSURANCE COMPLETED FOR TWO WEEKS . ONE OF THEIR AGENTS FROM ELEVATIONS BY THE NAME OF HARRY TIBIYAN TOOK 1922.00 FROM ME AND NEVER GAVE ME MY INSURANCE CARD. I CONTACT THE TRUCKING COM TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON BECAUSE HARRY NEVER CALLED BACK. I SPOKE WITH EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE OF THE TRUCKING COMPANY ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THEY WERE SORRY AND THEY WILL HAVE HIM CALL AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I ALSO ASKED THAT THE MANAGER STEPHANIE CALLED ME AND OF COURSE THAT NEVER EVER HAPPENED. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The truck for my father During the whole life my father has been working on truck. I sometimes proposed him to change his profession as it might be vanished in the future, due to automatization and unmanned cars, but he always refused me. He is really passionate about driving and I decided to present him his own truck. He was pretty surprised and delighted by the fact that his son acquired a truck for him. Anyway, we needed a good insurance for your truck and we found this company. I contacted the managers and they explained me all the peculiarities f the insurance contract. I agreed on the details and we made an agreement. The truck was protected by the insurance and my father is driving around the country on his brand new truck. Awesome.
