Easy as can be! My wedding venue required very specific wording and information in the policy. They were able to easily accommodate, which is what every bride wants! I felt like getting event insurance was going to be difficult, but it was a breeze. So glad I went with them.

Quick and Easy I needed insurance for an event I was hosting at Lewis and Clark College, and Event Insurance Now was quick, easy, and far less expensive than Mercer, the company LC refers to event coordinators looking for insurance. My only complaint is that on the e-receipt I received, the word receipt was spelled incorrectly, big and bold, as RECIEPT. Kind of bad form. Otherwise, very happy.

Online experience and Membership discussion The first time I purchased event insurance, I was told that that the membership fee was a one time fee. That changed on the next year. Why do you call it a membership fee. What do members receive for the fee Why is there no option to pay by bank check when applying online. When completed early enough I would expect to receive my insurance after you receive the proper funds. I have the same event each year, why could I not duplicate my previous event with minor changes?

Last minute surprise charge?? Got a quote, all was well with the world, I was pleased with the service and price. Day of event, went to pay and was surprised to be forced to pay a large "membership fee" that I hadn't planned on!! This is totally unacceptable, and caused me great inconvenience as I had not budgeted for the extra expense! What did I become a member of? No phone number to call, no way to not pay it. Bad form, event insurance now.
