Excellent Customer Service! What made my experience great was the consistent follow up and follow through services provided to me from Danielle. From day one she was patient with me and pleasant to me on some of the most hectic days I could have had when she called and or had scheduled for us to meet and I on the other hand would have to quickly cancel. Lost in The Mountains of Paper I turned 65 in August without any idea of how my Health coverage was going to workout or what to do. Not sure how so many companies new my age or contact information. Literally dozens of companies started sending me Health Plans, Medicare and Medicaid literature then they started calling all the time. I was completely lost and Melissa was the most diligent with calls so I contacted her back after a couple months. I didnt always understand everything and she would say take your time, look over your notes and we can talk in a couple days.
