Highly recommend Rafael saw my Facebook post about advice regarding insurance and immediately reached out. What really impressed me that he didn't try to sell me something or push me to do anything. He just patiently answered all my questions, offered his advice and experience when asked too and was very polite and friendly. It's the best experience I ever had with an insurance agent. While writing this review I am not his costumer, but I plan to recommend him to my friends. A down to earth and genuine insurance agents are hard to come by these days...
