IBC Expert with Integrity who Listens and Cares!! MC is a fantastic IBC resource and expert with integrity that actually cares!! We came across MC and Producers Wealth while researching the IBC / "Be Your Own Bank" concept. We listened to one of his presentations and were intrigued. Wanting to know more, I went to see him speak live at event to understand more. From my first interaction and introduction with MC, he took the time to listen, answer our questions, and truly understand our situation. I was intrigued! I was intrigued once I heard the concept. It took a little bit to get my head wrapped around the concept of being your own bank, and I had a lot of questions for MC. MC answered most of them right away, but didn't have all the answers and he went and researched and found me the answer very quickly! Since then, I've used the policy for down payments on several cash flow rental properties and I use it as a "savings" account for RE tax payments and insurance payments.
