I was so Grateful! I was so grateful that the universe dropped this company into my path. Being new to the system I was lost totally and running out of time to get my medical accounts set up and I found this company, or they found me. The person I was speaking with was very kind and courteous. Took her time. Explained everything to me was very helpful. Unfortunately, I do not have her name at this time, but if you look up on your phone calls logs and find my name, I would recommend that person who was on the other end of the phone get a raise, a bonus, and a gold star.

This wad my 1st Enrollment for Medicare - Suppl plan and I needed a long and thorough explanations of the info I was getting. I had no reason to go on. Weight loss surgery caused chronic malnourishment nausea and vomiting and caused me to lose all my teeth as I was on disability for degenerative joint disease. Standard dentures were a nogo and clip ins to expensive so I had to come to terms with never showing my face again. Tricia gave me a new lease on life she found a plan that would help me get my teeth fixed and several perks to help my life not only easier but to begin. Thanks to Tricia I want to wake up and live my life.

My representative My representative, Gerry,couldn’t have covered anything better than he did. Gerry was very empathetic and caring about my situation. All he had was my best interest at heart.
