Highly recommend Trusted Senior Specialists. I always work with Farah. She is so knowledgeable, understanding, patient, & very helpful. She is such a pleasant specialist to work with. She has helped me so much especially since I have multiple health issues that I am dealing with. Farah always takes the time to call or text me back when I have a question.

Go elsewhere Slow, inefficient, and not well informed. My wife called the same agent a few days later and got a snide remark about me. Not only that, but she, the agent, seemed to be uninterested in helping my wife. That is odd because both of us have dealt with that agent before and been satisfied. While I'm at it I'll mention that the entire process is ridiculously long and cumbersome, apparently designed to deal with slow children, not adults. Next time we will try another service.
