I had tried several times to reach them… I had tried several times to reach them and held forever to speak to a person. Left messages and my return calls came in while at work . Got disconnected several times and just gave up.

When I didn't understand she helped me to understand and I never felt I asked a stupid question. Some people can make us Seniors feel that way. Her name was Narvaj and I hope she gets a raise. Easy to understand insurance Adriana Gomez at Trusted Senior Specialists did a great job of guiding me through the insurance maze when I retired 4 years ago. I feel she is there when I have any questions. I have sent several friends to her. Highly recommended.

They did not help me in any way with… They did not help me in any way with anything. ONLY thing they did was disturb me. I like my current plan with Cigna, have no intentions fo changing, and wish to Heaven you fools would stop calling me for "help" I do not want need or get...........
