Laura Camacho EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable! Laura has been helping us for several years now to select the best possible supplemental and prescription coverage for us. I’m very disgusted with Laura Camacho I’m very disgusted with Laura Camacho. I received an email saying she fired my agent, that was extremely unprofessional. Having spent my career in the corporate world I know a company should NEVER send out details & names & accuse the person who they let go of all kinds of negative things to clients. I wrote a short note letting her know of my disappointment & she doubled down with even more negativity & accusations. In fact I received a 3rd email attacking me for expressing my displeasure & I had to firmly tell her to stop contacting me! Each email was nastier than the last, naming my agent & accusing her of all kinds of malpractice. (While trying to say she liked her.. I’d hate to see what she says about people she doesn’t like) The level of unprofessionalism, revenge, & nastiness was over the top & by tripling down on it I was afraid of what she might do to me or my account as revenge. I do not recommend working with someone who behaves this way. I’m sure she’ll respond to this review exactly as I described above.
