I received an immediate reply email with an appt. the next day. I was quoted multiple options for family coverage and we are insured under contract by Thursday. I have never received better customer service! Expectations were exceeded, response was immediate with good information, Jean is a superstar! They are the best in the business! Unless you prefer smacking your head against a brick wall, do not use anyone else! Period.

They only care about making the sale Avoid this company. Our agent advised us incorrectly how to setup insurance using Washington State’s insurance exchange. Our insurance ended up costing almost three times more than he quoted. When we contacted our agent for assistance resolving the setup problems, he never responded.
