GBI love this company. I love this company. From the very beginning, they have been amazing. I signed up in 2019 on the website and accidentally put the wrong routing number, resulting in cancelation the next business day. I emailed and explained what happened, gave them the correct routing number, and have been pleased with them ever since. I also like the nice little touches like cards on my birthday and customer anniversary. It's silly, but it's fun. I've also used the roadside assistance a couple of times with no problems at all. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and I love that they automatically review at renewal instead of me having to ask for a different rate.

GBVery happy with this company I originally purchased Say insurance thanks to the lowest premium they offered. It has been 2 years since and my premium stays low. I also appropriate their to the point, no BS customer service (not trying to sell me insurance product I don’t want and don’t need). Recently I had my first claim (hail damage) and I was extremely satisfied. The adjuster shoved up within few business days and 5 days later I had the estimate and check in my mailbox. So fair, very good experience with Say overall.

GBGreat prices! I applied to this car insurance because of the cheap quote. I instantly received coverage and didn't have to worry about having a physical card on me because I downloaded it from my account page. My boyfriend and I got pulled over (nothing serious) and the trooper took my phone to verify I was covered. After 6 months my payment went down a few dollars. Now it has been a year and they sent me this cool solar powered charging dock and an air freshener since I've been a loyal customer. So far I'm loving this!

GBNEVER USE SAY!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Wish I could give zero stars but that’s not an option. I called about getting an extension because I had lost my job. Just needed a little extra time as I got a new job but wouldn’t get paid until after my due date. They told me if it wasn’t paid by then I would lose my policy. Then today I get an email saying it was cancelled and I would be sent to collections. So I called again and the lady told me it’s strict company policy and they wouldn’t help and that I was “red flagged” for 3 years so I wouldn’t be allowed to get insurance through them again. Why would I want to go back to a company that cancels someone’s policy when they have an unfortunate event and reached out to ask for help. I would’ve paid late fees on top of making both previous and current payment with my first check but they couldn’t even help with that. Absolutely TERRIBLE company and I will never recommend them to anyone. Things happen and even my credit card companies are understanding of my situation and not charging me late fees right now. Get your crap together and understand that unforeseen circumstances happen!!

GBI'm happy with my decision to use Say… I'm happy with my decision to use Say as my dedicated auto insurance company. They are way better than any of the other companies I've trusted with my insurance needs, by far, and they are customer driven. They really go the extra mile to show appreciation to their customers, and seem to care of about my overall satisfaction. I'll be a customer for as long as they are around, and I know that will be a VERY LONG time!! Thanks for the surprise, Say! ;-)
