Horrible horrible horrible!! I can't believe anyone can be so irresponsible with car insurance. First off, their coverage is super terrible and then, if somehow your policy tries to pull from your bank and can't, they don't try again, they just cancel you without notifying you properly and then tell you that they can't reinstate you for THREE YEARS. I have never seen a place be so horrible.

I have had nothing but good experiences… I have had nothing but good experiences with say insurance since I started with them. I even got a one-year anniversary gift which I thought was awesome, and my insurance has gone down a little bit from what it was when I started. Six dollars a month savings it adds up. I really like my insurance company and I plan on going nowhere.

Great prices! I applied to this car insurance because of the cheap quote. I instantly received coverage and didn't have to worry about having a physical card on me because I downloaded it from my account page. My boyfriend and I got pulled over (nothing serious) and the trooper took my phone to verify I was covered. After 6 months my payment went down a few dollars. Now it has been a year and they sent me this cool solar powered charging dock and an air freshener since I've been a loyal customer. So far I'm loving this!

Say is the best I’m in illinois. I’ve been using say for about 18 months now and they are for sure the cheapest rate that I’ve found. I have maxed out liability coverage and was quoted almost double from other providers (Geico Progressive and Farmers) just had my first claim (sadly) but say was super easy to deal with from the towing to the rental to the repair so much easier than I was expecting so I now I can really recommend them. And I used my own mechanic with no issue. Say is the best

My adjuster Kyle was with me every step of the way during my claim process after my car was damaged. Fantastic customer service and just the best rates. Even after having an accident my rates are lower than any other company can offer and I have full coverage. I highly recommend SAY to anybody that is looking for affordable insurance that has a staff that actually cares about their clients.
