From the start Russell made me feel reassured he was going to do his best to find me a good deal . He went over and beyond his remit. He always got back to me when he said which was reassuring and gave me the confidence in him to put my best interests first which i can categorically say he did. it was obvious he was excellent at his job explaining everything as he went along he made a difficult process for me bearable. He was professional at all times and the quick turnaround on securing me a 5 year fixed rate made the whole process easier than I thought. To cap it off I have received a message this morning from Russell getting me a better interest rate before my deal ends, which is incredible.
