Horrible Company This company by no means is a legitimate company. My 90 year old mother purchased this product because she was told "That your property's home warranty secured by PNC Mortgage may or has already expired" This is not accurate. We tried to call and cancel within 48 hours and was given the complete run-around by "Kyle". Very unprofessional and did not want to refund our money. I filed a complaint with the BBB and getting a refund from our bank.

This company is a total scam! This company is a total scam!! They have no problem taking your payments, but you can never get anything covered. By the time you realize you are paying for nothing, you are out of hundreds or thousands of dollars. Save yourself the aggravation, avoid them completely.

Much Needed In My Home Was very good At explaining what pricing was, and all that this covers. I just had to purchase a microwave and dishwasher at my expense. They will be installed next week. Wish these were covered too...

Our experience with Home Protection USA Jacob, was very helpful and understanding of our situation. He even got a nother person to help us and to help us save some money on the items we had covered. They were more than we expected in helping us. We sincerely appreciate them and Thank them.

Debbie and Trevor were very nice and… Debbie and Trevor were very nice and professional. I have been wanting to get this since we refinanced out home. Too bad we didn’t get it sooner/ bought a new dishwasher🌟💫✨. But looking forward for protection with problems we will have in the future♥️
