I been paying my insurance on time… I been paying my insurance on time every month but when it’s time to do my renewal my amount go up instead of down I feel y’all should have some kind of perks or discounts for being loyal

I asked if there was an insurance that… I asked if there was an insurance that was cheaper than what I was paying since it increased. The response was probably not. But I asked her to look into it and she said she would let me know either way and I was not notified as she said but instead the higher rate had begun.
