GBshady They want my credit card details before sending me policy information. i found it on their website and can see why they dont like to show it before taking your money (125.00 labor rate maximum and 3500 maximum pay out. as a senior i need to see everything before signing update, in the contract it stated that WE (the customers) will have to pay a $500 cancelation fee and 10% of the policy which was not mentioned to me on our phone call. reply: Your policy does not specifically state that the maximum payout is only for the basic powertrain.
