GBMaybe Holly ?? Felt Karen was a little rude in the beginning of the conversation but only a little. Gotta be a tough job. She was extremely nice after we established it was a credit card problem. Overall, she was great! PERSONAL NOTE: Karen is not a real popular name these days...maybe change your communications name to HOLLY.
