Had an issue with logging in to make a payment Had an issue with logging into our account, I called and the young lady was very nice! She took care of my issue and I was able to make the payment right then over the phone with her even though the people that could reset my password were already gone for the day.

5 stars - Father of 1 Up to date I feel at peace with my choice. The representative made sure to include all the fine details and perks with Assurity. My expectations were more than met assuming everything stays true if anything were to happen to me. I’m a happy father. Thank you.

Excellent insurance I’ve never had an issue with getting approval. Unfortunately my condition will only get worse. Not thrilled about the paperwork, but I know you need to be sure my condition hasn’t improved. But if you research any of it, I will only get worse. Your company is always on time with payments and I’m grateful that I have your insurance.

Hassle to close account I called to ask that my IRA accounts be closed and cash sent to me. I very explicitly requested that income tax of 10% be paid to the IRS on my behalf before sending the remainder in the traditional IRA account. This was not done, so I needed to find the estimated 2022 tax form, complete it, and send a check to the IRS.

DO NOT TAKE OUT REDUNDANCY COVER I was made redundant in August after paying into this policy for numerous years they wanted everything even going back to my mortgage when I took the policy out in 2014. Luckily I still had a bit of paperwork and managed to get some statements from the building society. Every month it’s a hard to get the payment and then I found a job after 2 months and they told me I owed them money for another month's premium. Save your money this policy is not worth it.
