I reached out to them because I was concerned about changing companies without fully understanding my current policy, and whether their policy was comparable. Steve not only took the time to walk me through my current policy and the educational example their system generated, but he went above and beyond in helping me determine the best way to keep my company payment info private from the employee we were obtaining the policy for. A1 service from minute one! The cherry on top is the fact that not only is their policy comparable, but from the looks of it, I'll be saving almost 50% on my premium.
