The insurance agents are not experienced - they’re sitting in a call center wearing sweatpants - and they do not offer all the plans in an area. Incorrect information, hard sales pitches. Good luck finding the “advisor” if you have a problem after the sale. They sell lots of policies using misleading advertisements, usually claiming it was from a partner and “we didn’t know”.
