They don’t honor their service They don’t honor their service. Put in claim for ac repair at 400 bill. They only willing to pay 200. I agreed, now waiting forever to get that money. Slow slow slow on claims, will sell plan in 2 seconds though. Will never use them again. Con artists!

Worthless Warranty Do not use First Premier Home Warranty unless you want to lose money and be very frustrated. They do not have a list of competent service providers, they do not pay fully for service, they do not pay for replacements, their customer service is slow and unhelpful...the list goes on and on. My warranty is for 10 years (paid almost $4,000), and I tried canceling after one and a half years, but they are only approving a refund of $600. I continually ask for a breakdown of how they determined my refund, but they will not email me back or return my calls. They are scammers. DO NOT USE THEM.
