Marc Smith Marc Smith is in my judgment an excellent communicator and very importantly an excellent listener. During our discussions he often seemed to almost anticipate my likely next question and answer in ways that were surprisingly on the mark. While my wife leaves much of this type of activity to me, Marc also honed in on my intent to be sure of his comfort also; and again anticipate the type of responses that could help me more clearly explain what the approach was instead of leaving a sense that we just need to trust the experts. I am very comfortable working with him and believe I can in fact trust that he will protect with us in this important part of our financial retirement planning

Shawn Santa Shawn walked us through each step to make sure that we were going to be safe and secure. He was so nice and made us feel comfortable.

I have tried to talk to anybody there… I have tried to talk to anybody there and set appointments up with Thomas Greenwell, and Kelly Valasquez, Cedric Keister. and none of them made the appointment, they all left me waiting by the phone. Trying to find out where the $250,000 I invested with them is at. These people can't keep an appointment how can they manage money? Never will I have any dealings with JD Mellberg AGAIN.
