Scam Used their quote website, never got a call for insurance but instead now get dozens of spam text messages and calls daily now. They definitely sell your personal information to scammers or their system is compromised.

Car insurance comparison website website I entered my information into this site and it gave me two more comparison websites which led me to more comparison websites which led me to more comparison websites which led me to more comparison websites. .. In all, I visited about 16 price-comparison websites, and got 3 actual quotes (of which one is the lowest I've seen anywhere.) It also did a pretty good job of copying my information so I didn't have to keep typing it. Of course, I expect to receive spam emails, texts, and calls. So, I already took preventative measures against that.

Unfortunately their ads are very misleading when advertising a cost per month insurance policy for a young 20 year old driver. In one of their ads it shows what seems to be a young teenager paying 23 dollars a month for car insurance. This is just not the case, it is an example of false advertising. I am aware they are only a comparison service but this methodology of advertisement is untrue and can be very misleading.

The agent made it easy The agent was very understanding and easy to work with. I had Nationwide for 25 years and my rates kept going up even though I had no claims and maybe two traffic tickets in that time. I started calling different insurance companies and they were all around the same price, maybe $5 to $10 difference. Not enough to change. Then I called OTTO, and glad I did. I got the same coverage on my house and truck. But the difference was, it saved me around $130 a month. The agent made the process easy and he was clear with answers to my questions.
