This is a fraud company.Its worthless and cheaters… This is a fraud company.Its worthless company founded to loot people money.All your calls will be answers till you buy the insurance, but once you raise the claim they will not even answer your call nor respond to mail.They are the biggest cheaters.Dont even think of buying anything from them.I have brought mobile insurance from them and once i raised the claim after my mobile damaged they started ignoring the calls and messages.

Even if they pick up, they'll say that their home pick up service is not available at your location(wherever you are). I was in Bangalore. They said it was only available in Delhi. I one had work in Delhi. I brought the phone along with me. Then they said they had shifted their office and won't be available to pick up. They are basically fraud and they won't even return the amount that they say they will after the policy gets over.
