GBI am trying to get Sagicor to respond… I am trying to get Sagicor to respond about my mother's policies since August and I am yet to received a call or an email from Sagicor. All contacts speaking to someone, "I had to go beyond the call of duty to reach out to someone." I have FedEx my documents, I have also visited your Mandeville office and have additional documents certified and sent to Mss. Higgins and have yet to receive a response from her to say that she is in receipt of the documents. I have furnished Sagicor with both my email and phone number and have yet to receive ONE form of communication from this company. If I was waiting on my mom's money for burial, the body would be rotten by now. They have no empathy or care whatsoever, and I am amazed that they are still in business with such unprofessionalism. GBI TOLD THE AGENT THAT I WANTED TO APPLY … I TOLD THE AGENT THAT I WANTED TO APPLY FOR SUPER PREFFERED AND HE INSISTED I NOT APPLY THAT WAY. I GOT APPROVED FROM THREE OTHER COMPANIES SUPER PREFFERED BUT SAGICOR ONLY APPROVED ME PREFFERED. THE UNDERWRITERS SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THE SUPER PREFFERED RATE INSTEAD OF THE AGENT AND THE COMPANY TRYING TO MAKE MORE MONEY FROM ME.

GBHelpful BUT be sure to review payment options Our agent was helpful in getting the policy all set up. However, she did not explain payment options very well. Once everything was set and we were getting ready to give payment information we noticed it would be cheaper to pay the yearly premium. Because monthly payments were already set up, we had to wait till the next month to call back and change the payment plan.

GBI invested a lot of money with you I invested a lot of money with you. You were told not to deposit the check until three or four days after you got it you didn't listen the money had to clear a certain account to be good the bank bounce the check and it cost me $35.00. The point is you didn't listen that ticked me off got it!!!!!!!
