Phishing scam, company will be sued This company clearly has a phishing scam going on. This company will be sued and brought down very soon. There are thousands of people just like me that open up their bank account and look at their transaction history and see that they are being charged a monthly fee from this company. I’ve never used them before, I have no idea who they are. I don’t need them. This is absolute bull-crap. I’m going to file a legal complaint against them.

They're overbilling me They're overbilling me. I Just paid my renewal last month and they're trying to hit me foranother renewal yet again. It is so absolutely hard.Trying to get ahold of a person and not deal with a bot.Or strictly just text. I have filed with the bbb & am following up with fraud reports to authorities. I can't get any answers or any explanation why they're double charging me. My credit has not dropped and I have had 0 claims. Now my rate is doubled!!??? And no explanation, no warning of price increase, nothing. Nope bye. I have been a customer for 3 years. Your loss

wotkers comp audit We are a small co. we sent ALL our workers comp audit information to affirm the auditors for next., registered mail 5/25/2022 We beat the june 4th deadline sent our info registered mail to affirm. Next then pulled $ 4266.00 from our account blamed us for their error. Affirm & next do not communicate. Our audit info was not opened, It bounced from one affirm auditor to another. After many calls finally found an affirm auditor, who mis placed our info. Next was not prepared for the workers comp audits. Affirm & next blame each other then penalize the companies like us for their issues. This is a very poorly organized co.

Terrible Insurance Company We have been a loyal customer for years with NEXT and with no real explanation, we were dropped. We do General Contracting and never had a claim and never had a missed payment. We didn't even complain when the monthly payment went up for no apparent reason. Terrible way to end the insurance for no reason. Be careful, NEXT will take your money and give no loyalty or respect for your business in return.
