Scammers I purchased a plan with them but they still were calling me 10 times or more after that with an offer. They don't see in a system that I already have a plan with them Me with my rep Alex Fabian spent on a phone about 30 min and he found a perfect plan that matches my needs It would cost about $100 But after he submitted my application I've got an invoice for $200+ He said - that's what an insurance company can offer me I agreed and the plan should have started in 14 days after my call On a day 14 as Alex said I should have received my documents and before that a temporary card with electronic card. I never received anything and when I called them and their reps heard that I got a plan already - just dropped a call. Finally after 7th try one rep told me that I'm actually rejected He promised that it takes up to 7 days to return my money and offered me to purchase a new plan for more money! I refused from that It's been a month and I still didn't receive a refund, it seems that they're scammers Before purchasing a plan I've checked their legitimacy and opinions were okay I wish I found TrustPilot reviews before so I'd never be a fool working with them

Harassed me ALL DAY I have never written a review online before but I am SO irritated with this “business.” I was BOMBARDED with calls every 20-30 minutes today. I was interested in a health insurance quote but didn’t need one THAT desperately. I was at work all day and I cannot tell you how angry I was by the amount of phone calls I received. I answered one and told them in a very firm way to please stop calling me, that I’ve been harassed all day with these calls, and they didn’t even acknowledge that, they just hung up. Basically, their customer service is garbage and NO ONE should give these people their information. Stay away!

They Steal My Money! They Steal My Money! I bought an insurance plan last month and the agent named John said that I should receive a confirmation email within 24 hrs. But I did not receive any confrimation from them after 3 days. So I cancelled the plan and asked agent `John´ to give me refund back. He said OK and money will return back to me. Still I did not receive my refund yet. The most ugly thing is that they charged me second time yesterday. I called customer service guys over and over again. They hung up the call after I told them `I am trying to get refund´. They are totally scammer. Steal money from customer.
