My car was T-boned by a driver covered… My car was T-boned by a driver covered by Allstate Auto Insurance. My insurance spoke with witnesses who were there and quickly determined that the other driver was at fault, sped to run a red light, and hit my car. Allstate denied our claim without speaking with the witness. When I begged them to call the witness, they finally relented but said it wouldn't matter and then refused to listen to what the witness had to say. I will never use Allstate and strongly suggest avoiding them at all costs. This is insurance fraud.

Worst insurance company Worst insurance company, I've ever dealt with. The fees and extra charges, is robbery. Unfortunately greed runs Allstate, not customer service. Only been a customer for a few months and I'm already, tired of this company.

Roadside assistant is non existant !! Roadside assistance sucks so bad !!! a robot answers the phone, gives you the run around, only to hang up on you at the end if you push the button to speak with a human. Use the app for faster service, it says. Great, and what if I'm stuck off the side of the road of a freeway where there is no internet service ? It's so ridiculous

I was delighted to get the assistance… I was delighted to get the assistance for my car door unlock on 1st January, 2024. Within 20 mts of my call for help, Mr Sam, Technician from Allside Roadside Assistance artived my place and unlocked my car door. He is very helpful and dedicated towards his duties.
