RBC does not communicate at all RBC Canadian bank did not communicate any updates with me with any issues. They do not call or email to you any new information. After my earlier appointment with them, they dragged the time until i could not act anymore protecting my money and they closed my complaint as resolved after 2 hours of starting it without speaking or emailing to me. RBC Bank advisor Karan Kumar MOLLAY apologized for lies as RBC customer service told me reading their notes but NOT TO ME. He did not call me or replied to my email. Whoever he apologized is a mystery that needs to be solved. I lost lots of money because of my trust in this financial institution RBC and trust in Karan Kumar MOLLAY.

I trusted that bank My experience is that fraudulent cheques were accepted, almost $50.000 was taken out with no questions asked by the bank, however after one of my accounts was put into overdraft they wanted me to pay not only the overdraft but the $5 x 2 charges for handling my affairs so badly.

My visa card got hacked while visiting… My visa card got hacked while visiting Europe , so they text me to verify some transaction and asked me to call. Called 4 times and each time waiting 30 minutes on line and after 15 minutes interrogation, finally they said they have to cancel the card , and they will send me one to my adress , waited for 3 weeks but I received nothing , I called again , waiting in line and detailed interrogation again , they said sorry they don’t know what happened and they will send me by courrier within 2 days , waited for a week and received nothing!!!! Called again went through the whole process again !!!! They said will send you the card by ups , should get it within 2 days !!!lost faith
