GBFirst time used it to rollover my 401k… First time used it to rollover my 401k and it's awesome and smooth experience. Technical Support person Tom was great in helping and explaining steps and process is simple, communication is great. I would highly recommend it.

GBI’d been putting this process off for… I’d been putting this process off for no joke 10 years because it seemed so daunting to me. Capitalize made it so seamless and easy! She also followed up with me after a couple of weeks to make sure I’ve received the rollover funds.

GBEasy Process and Wonderful Customer Service The whole process was so smooth and much easier than if I had tried to handle my rollover alone. I put my rollover off for quite a while because I thought the process would be a headache, but Travia was so helpful that I wish I had done it sooner! She gave me easy to understand explanations for each step of the process and even helped me to make sure I was moving my money to the right type of account.
