GBBetter only give them 1 task to do at a… Better only give them 1 task to do at a time. You will need to move up one lever from the person that answers the phone to get a real answer.

GBI had a situation where I didn't know… I had a situation where I didn't know how to proceed with my IRA roll-over. I called Strata and got to speak with Mary. She was so helpful on the phone and she immediately sent me the forms via email that I needed to fill out to complete my transaction. She was so patient in repeating the instructions so I could complete it. I filled out the forms and mailed them, same day. I'm so grateful for her help. She's great at customer service!

GBHeather was extremely helpful this… Heather was extremely helpful this afternoon in getting my distribution processed. She also took the extra time to setup a digital signature for me for future transactions, and it was just a refreshingly pleasant experience overall.
