GBExcellent customer service I was so excited to find out I had two old accounts. I never would have come across the information anyother way. After an email and some text message back-and-forth I found out I have a zero balance in the accounts. The Customer Service rep offered me a refund which was something I didn’t expect but greatly appreciated.
