Best financing company around! You know they have to be good for me to write a review on a loan financing company. haha. But the amazing customer service that I have experienced with Loanglide has been so outstanding that I wanted to say something. My rep, Dan Dehart is on my favorites phone list because he is so nice and will always answer and is actually happy to help me out. They go above and beyond in every interaction I have had with them. I wish more companies could be this amazing and I will continue to recommend and refer customers and vendors to Loanglide.

Worst Customer Service I got involved with LoanGlide through my contractor. Due to my good credit history, my loan was approved instantly and and the first payment (50%) was released to the contractor with no issues. However, for the release of remaining loan, I had to go back and forth between LoanGlide and FiveStar bank. When I spoke to FiveStar bank’s supervisor to release the reminder of the loan I was told that from the bank’s point of view everything was OK and they were waiting for LoanGlide’s approval. And when I called the LoanGlide they gave excuses that the problem was with the bank. After making several calls for at-least two days, I was finally told that everything was OK and the the money will be released to the contractor the next day. However, I called LoanGlide the next day to find if the payment was remitted to the contractor as promised, I was told that I have to revisit the portal to resubmit my authorization of the payment again. Hmmmm…why didn’t they told me yesterday- instead of telling me everything was OK. Not only that, they even didn’t call me to inform to resubmit the authorization, until I called them. Their customer service is horrible and I will never deal with them again.

Application process was easy to fill… Application process was easy to fill out and the response was really quick. It would be great if they offered an 18 month same as cash program. Roof repairs are pretty expensive...During this day and age 6 additional months would be just AWESOME.
