I have a great experience with Rocket's… I just want to share my experience with Rocket. Overall, I have a great experience with Rocket's Team and Web Interfaces, especially with the visual milestone update. Nice work! My Senior Banker, Cristina Lounsberry is very knowledgeable. She understood my concern and need for the loan. She stayed with me until the loan was closed. I really appreciate her time and expertise. I would recommend my friends/family to work with Rocket's team moving forward.

Great experience, as usual! This is our fourth time working with Rocket Mortgage and we have never had anything but a positive experience. Every person we worked with through the various steps has been highly experienced and professional. As with any loan, various concerns came up, bu they were all handled quickly, professionally and to our satisfaction. As long as we are buying houses we will continue to work with Rocket on the mortgages.

I really love working online and… I really love working online and uploading all my documents to facilitate this process, which was awesome. The only thing I found frustrating was when I received my cash out in the form of checks instead of wire transfers, I think you guys need to change this policy and help us consumers, get money directly to where it needs to be instead of sending us checks.

Service was good Service was good. For some one who doesn’t do this often it’s pretty complex. It’s not obvious what the real costs of getting a loan are—-in this case about $10k up front. Also, paying credit cards down to zero by having to mail out paper checks seems like a bad way to handle payments in an electronic funds transfer she. Much more laborious and time consuming. Difficult to locate mailing addresses when almost all my banking is paperless and online electronic. It’s as if Rocket doesn’t trust the borrower to make payments to credit card accounts.
