If you just need to experience some exemplary customer service that is as professional as you will find anywhere (equal to Schwab brokerage services) just buy some product from Kitco Metals Inc. I had the pleasure of dealing with Blanca during my purchase and was wishing that if I had a daughter, she would be like Blanca. No shade on Jia Xue because when I called back for check payment instructions, she emailed them to me before I got off the phone. Both agents are at the top of their game. I am a real person that just made my first purchase from Kitco. You can't beat their low premiums, either.
